No Fears - No Regrets

First attempt at running on a looped circuit. The 100K would be 30 laps of the university grounds and there were top runners from UK competing.. after the winner had finished, I found it hard to keep the motivation and instead of walking the last 9 miles, I retired from the race to finish 20th position out of 44 starters.

The course was slightly undulating but with out a support crew, my stops for food and drink took time... huge advantage having your own table and suppor crew to hand you drink and supplies... Winner finished the race in 7 Hours 35 mins...

I should have continued and finished the 100K as the time was very respectible.
