After Buying a house this year has been devoted to re-modelling and yard work etc. Now my girlfriend has moved in I will be able to do some races whilst she baby sits my Alaskan Malamute dog and some fishes :-) Now it is Autumn I just plan to do a couple of 50 mile races and have some fun... next year will probably train more seriously and do some larger events like Ultra distance triathlons and 100 mile trail races :-) This years races can be accessed from the menu's as and when I compete.
